How long are your rentals?
Rent Ridez is built for long-term rental, not daily hire. The minimum rental is one month, with your rent paid as one predictable weekly payment.
What is included in the weekly price?
Comprehensive insurance, registration, scheduled servicing, tyres and 1,000km a week are included in one predictable weekly payment. You cover fuel or charging, tolls and fines.
Do you rent Teslas?
Yes. We are Tesla fleet specialists on the Gold Coast, with Model 3 and Model Y available, alongside other EV and hybrid vehicles.
Is there a bond?
Yes. A refundable bond is taken before pickup and returned at the end of your rental, subject to the terms in your agreement. It starts at $1,000 and depends on the car, newer vehicles are higher. The exact amount for a car is shown on its page.
Where do I pick the car up?
Pickup is on the Gold Coast. We confirm the exact time and place once your application is approved and your agreement is signed.
Can I use the car for personal driving too?
Absolutely. Rideshare-approved cars can be used for both work and personal driving. We also have private (non-rideshare) rentals if you do not drive for a platform.
