How long are your rentals?
Rent Ridez is built for long-term weekly rental, not daily hire. There is no fixed lock-in, you keep the car week to week for as long as you need it.
What is included in the weekly price?
Comprehensive insurance, registration, servicing, tyres and 1,000km a week are all included in one weekly payment. You charge and drive.
Do you rent Teslas?
Yes. We are Tesla fleet specialists on the Gold Coast, with Model 3 and Model Y available, alongside other EV and hybrid vehicles.
Is there a bond?
Yes, a refundable bond is taken before pickup and returned at the end of your rental, subject to the terms in your agreement.
Where do I pick the car up?
Pickup is on the Gold Coast. We confirm the exact time and place once your application is approved and your agreement is signed.
Can I use the car for personal driving too?
Absolutely. Rideshare-approved cars can be used for both work and personal driving. We also have private (non-rideshare) rentals if you do not drive for a platform.
