What exactly is charged, and when?
Nothing for the plan during the 14-day trial. From day 14 it is A$199 a month for up to 10 cars, GST included, on the same day each month. The one thing charged on the day you sign up is the optional Set it up for me, A$599 one-off, and only if you tick it.
What is the founding price?
The first 10 businesses to start the plan pay A$149.25 a month, 25% off, for as long as they stay on it. The sign-up page shows how many places are left, and your first email confirms which price you are on.
I have more than 10 cars.
Tick that on the sign-up page and tell us how many. We quote fleets above 10 cars in writing, usually within one business day, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
Who owns my data, and can I leave?
You do. Your copy has its own database that nothing else shares. Cancel any time from the billing page in your copy; the plan ends at the end of the month you paid for, we keep your data for 60 days so you can come back or take it with you in a spreadsheet, and then we delete it.
What if a renter's payment fails?
The app retries the card over the next hours, tells the renter in plain words what happened and what to do, and tells you. A late fee is added only after the last automatic try, so a card that bounces once and clears costs the renter nothing.
Does it do direct debit, or only cards?
Cards today, through your own Stripe account. BECS direct debit is the next thing we are building for weekly rent, because it is what our own fleet wants too.
I run cars on Turo. What does it do for me today?
Point your Turo account's email at the address your copy gives you and every booking lands as a trip: the guest's first name, the car, the times and what you earn. Your cars' rego, servicing and insurance dates sit beside them, and you can ask Rent Ridez AI about any of it. Matching tolls and fines to a Turo guest, and handover photos tied to a Turo trip, are not built yet.
What is not in a copy yet?
The Tesla connection, phone push notifications and automatic rego reminders run on our own fleet and are not switched on for copies yet. The km plans and fees are ours for now. We say this plainly so you are not surprised.
What if it breaks?
Your copy runs on the same servers and the same code as our own fleet, so if something breaks for you it has broken for us, and we are already on it. Email hello@lostoutdoors.com.au and a person who runs a fleet on it answers.
Where is it available?
Anywhere in Australia. GST invoices, Australian toll and fine formats, Australian Stripe.
