Apply online
A five-minute application. Tell us who you are and which car you want. Most applicants hear back in 24 to 48 hours.
Sign & pay
Once approved, sign your rental agreement online and pay your refundable bond plus first week, before pickup.
Pick up your car
Collect your named car, clean and charged, on the Gold Coast. Insurance, rego and servicing are already handled.
One weekly payment
After that it is one automatic weekly payment with 1,000km included. The minimum rental is one month.

Every week your rent goes through on time adds to your streak. 4 weeks in a row takes $25 off your next week. 12 in a row and your next week of rent is free.

Nothing to claim
It is automatic. Your reward comes straight off your next weekly payment.

Your streak, and what you have earned, are on the Rewards page in the renter app.
Then go again
After a free week the count starts over. You can earn up to 2 free weeks on each rental.
On time means your week is paid in full by the end of your billing day. Your streak builds while a card is saved in the app, and a missed or late week starts it again from zero. In a free week your whole weekly payment is free: the rent, and a km package or any other weekly extra you have. Tolls, fines and charging still apply. Rewards come off your rent and are never paid out. We may change or end the rewards for future weeks.
Everything in one price
Your weekly payment takes the usual ownership bills off your plate. It covers:
- Comprehensive insurance (with a rideshare endorsement on rideshare cars)
- Registration and CTP
- Scheduled servicing and tyres
- 1,000km every week, with km packages available for heavy drivers
- Ongoing support from our team while you have the car
You cover charging or fuel, tolls, fines and anything outside the agreement. We explain the excess and the terms clearly before you sign, so there are no surprises.
The bond
A refundable bond is taken before pickup and returned at the end of your rental, subject to the terms in your agreement. It protects against damage, unpaid tolls or fines, and early-exit costs.
Rideshare drivers
If you drive Uber or similar, choose a rideshare-approved car. These carry the correct insurance endorsement for booked hire work in Queensland, so you are covered from day one. No need to arrange your own rideshare cover.
